It was a great pleasure to join the Student Media Team: the University of Exeter's internal student-led media agency. I especially enjoyed forming ideas for an OOH campaign for the Devon Air Ambulance, where we conducted market research amongst DAA's target audience. We then brainstormed, deciding on key visuals and copy and landing with an impressive final creative. The Boss My Talent campaign for Headway Devon was another project where understanding consumers was crucial - I created personas, a customer journey map, and analysed consumer opinions of Headway's website using key UX principles. This then fed into the final, social-driven creative campaign, with designs and illustrations by me.

Whilst working across different timezones was sometimes challenging, it was great to have the chance to work multinationally on the DAA campaign, especially on a project local and personal in scale. Sharing ideas between the group and learning from creatives outside of my immediate network was enlightening, and I was happy to manage workloads by contributing as much as possible.
